Now, let's deep dive into the first approach and see, how AI assistance can be leveraged to optimize and accelerate an ideal UX design workflow. This article is not about the tools available in the market, rather it's more about the design methods. Tools change! (Tools: Gen AI websites, Figma plugins, etc) I believe that we need to use AI — only if the model can do an above-average job in terms of output, and in circumstances where speed is paramount from a UX delivery standpoint. For the unversed, with certain videos on YouTube you can mouse hover the video player slider and explore how the "most replayed" feature works. My observations are based on being a YouTube content consumer and a product designer by profession.   1. Impact on Behaviour For starters, do you think this feature is designed to create certain user behaviour or is this reinforcing latent user behaviour? I think, this feature is creating a new digital-video-consumption behaviour by observing peer viewing patterns. Every video seems to be generating a specific viewing behaviour. The system seems to be averaging and highlighting this behaviour for further consumption, more observation and pattern correction. The User

Looking at most software products today, I wonder who is using whom. Is the user using the product or is the product using the users? Anyways, that's tough to change and not the question here. The question is whether we should still call them users? I think the term "Interactor" sounds good, as suggested in this MIT article. An even better idea that's mentioned here, is to switch to the default names: like "patients" in healthtech, "students" in edutech, "shoppers" in eCommerce and so on. At times the term "user" does not have proper context when you're dealing with complex applications associated with a range of users and one needs to constantly mention the type of user one is actually referring to. Switching to default names, works best. Let's keep it simple. It gives us a good context, sounds more human, and also helps us to easily visualize their fundamental high-level needs. What else do you need, if you just believe in yourself? Trust your gut, abilities, skills, values, perspectives, goals, and dreams. No one knows you better than you. How can others believe in you, if you don’t believe in yourself. Let’s be reasonable and have a sensible argument here. The more you believe in yourself, the more others will believe your belief in yourself. They believe your belief. Jugaad  in Hindi means a resourceful productivity hack. There are stories of people using washing machines to make lassi. (yogurt with water, sugar, and various seasonings or fruits). Converting two wheelers into mini farm tractors and 6 seat riders, building home made air conditioners, and the countless interesting Jugaad stories with physical products and services. Who would not want a good head start, plenty of resources, and a level playing field? Ideal worlds don't exist. So, in an unequal world where most people are inherited with wealth, familial fame, and many other opportunities beyond your reach, life might look and feel unfair. It's isn't!
